| Q. How soon after I place my order will it be delivered? |
| A. Under normal circumstances, we are able to deliver within about one hour. Sometimes, particularly when we are experiencing a higher volume of deliveries, it can take a bit longer (closer to 2-3 hours) but we can promise it will arrive within the same day you place your order, unless you make arrangements otherwise. We appreciate your patience, and if you have any questions or concerns, we encourage you to give us a call at 718-706-9463. |
| Q. Can I request a certain product to be carried/special ordered at Blue Streak? |
| A. Typically, we can special order a product for you, so long as it is not an allocated item, and you are willing to purchase a whole case (typically 6 or 12 bottles, depending on the product.) If it's not a prouduct we carry, typically you will have to purchase a full case in order for us to special order it for you. | Q. Are you open on holidays? |
| A. Blue Streak is open 365 days a year! However, we do have augmented hours on many holidays, so check in-store, on our Instagram, or give us a call to see when we're open. |
