Q. What are you doing to keep things clean & safe during the COVID-19 pandemic?
A. All of our staff is required to wear gloves and to change those gloves regularly, as well as wear a washable and reuseable mask. We are consulting with an emergency physician on the proper use of the masks and gloves. We have hand sanitizer readily available. 

In addition, all of our staff washes their hands at least 20 seconds upon entering the store and again every time they leave and come back. 

We wipe down all of our surfaces, including fridge doors, the front door, our personal bathroom door handles and bathroom equipment, once an hour. That also includes the credit card machines, computer keyboards and mice, scanners, and any hot spot that gets touched. 

We have hired three times the normal staff so that we can break into teams. Each team only works with those staff members on their assigned days. If any staff member gets sick, that entire team will be rested for two weeks (with pay) before being allowed to work again. The store will then shut down for a brief period while we do an extra thorough job sanitizing, expecting to last no fewer than 2 days. The other teams will then fill in the days that need filling so that operations continue. As of now we have no known cases that have come into the store. 

We want you to know that we are doing absolutely everything we can to stay safe during these times. 

Q. Are you open during this COVID-19 pandemic?
A. Yes, we are open for deliveries and pick-up orders! We are limiting the shop to only staff members but we have a table set up right at the entrance for customers to pick up pre-ordered items OR "shop" by asking our team to collect items for you. Although pick-up orders are available, we strongly encourage you to have your order delivered. Let us do the work, and do it safely! Delivery orders may be placed directly on our website or through the apps Minibar and Drizly. 


Delivery hours are as follows:

Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-8:30pm

Friday-Saturday 3:00pm-9:30pm

Sunday 3:00pm-8:30pm


Store hours for pick-up are as follows:

Monday-Thursday 11:00am-9:00pm

Friday-Saturday 11:00am-10:00pm

Sunday 12:00pm-9:00pm

Q. How soon after I place my order will it be delivered?
A. Under normal circumstances we are able to deliver within about one hour. Currently, with the COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing a much higher volume of deliveries so it is taking longer (closer to 2-3 hours) but we can promise it will arrive within the same day you place your order, unless you make arrangements otherwise.
